The Company has introduced two additional posts of SSO (Senior Support Operatives) to the company’s Operational Team. These posts compliment the successful introduction of this layer of contract supervision. These positions will further improve the quality of service Town & Country Cleaners provides our customers.

We have also introduced a Sales Marketing section to the business which is proving successful in arranging strategically located appointments for our Sales Consultants. 

The previous months reported our introduction of CM2000 which is a Contract Management System that helps with the resource management of our staff. The system is now in phase 2 and other existing contracts are being introduced to the system successfully. 

During January we were awarded a cleaning contract for Goodnestone Primary School. Goodnestone is a small school in a rural village setting. Children join the school in the Early Years Foundation Stage mixed-age Reception and Year 1 class. Three classes are on site and the school uses the village hall as a classroom, dining room and extra sports area. Plans are underway to provide two new classrooms.
