Contract performance

Introduction

Town and Country Cleaners Ltd have developed a cleaning performance output system that allows us to provide a measurable output on cleaning performance to our clients. The package is simple to use and allows us to work in partnership with our clients and enable us as a service provider to identify, manage and improve areas of concern.

Function

On an agreed period, our site representative, along with the appointed client representatives, will inspect and audit identified cleaning zones, normally after cleaning has just been completed. The areas are scored and based on an agreed output score of 1 to 4. The scores are indicated as below:

1. Unacceptable
2. Acceptable with slight faults
3. Conforms to required standard
4. Exceeds required standard

Scores are added to produce an overall rating based on a % score. Our target is to conform to the required standard but to aspire to exceed the required standard.
