Every contract has a management team who are responsible to conduct quality audits to ensure that the standards are being met, improved and reported on. All our staff are given full and ongoing training in all cleaning best practices as well as Health & Safety.
Based in the heart of Kent with our head office in Canterbury we have an effective operational network across the whole southeast of England including, Kent, SE London, East London, Essex, and the Home Counties. Having locally placed cleaning teams and contract management teams across all these areas ensures we can provide an effective and responsive high-quality service.
The relationship with our clients is of paramount importance and this starts from day one. We will ensure that we deliver to the standards and expectations required by our client, ensuring we also fully understand our client from the building and the people using it. Our dedicated Contract and Area Managers will have regular monthly meetings on-site with our customer and present data from cleaning audits and feedback directly from the cleaning teams. We believe transparency is key to developing a positive and proactive working partnership with our clients ensuring that all stakeholders from our cleaning teams to the CEO are involved and informed regularly.
We are a member of the nationally recognised British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) this ensures that we work to the highest standards set and all our teams receive training, ongoing development and are managed to the highest standard. We are also ISO 9001 and 14001 accredited, Disability Confident employers, members of the British Safety Council, Constructionline Silver Members, CHAS accredited and recognised Social Values champions.
All our staff are directly employed by us and before starting their employment every person undergoes a full background check including the right to work and must pass an enhanced DBS process. In addition to this we have strict safeguarding policies and where required all members of our cleaning teams undergo this training. Every member of the Town and Country cleaning team wears uniforms and ID badges so that they can easily be identified whilst on our clients’ sites.
