Our commitment

Town & Country Cleaners has developed a unique service for its business customers. This service has been developed to ensure, through working in partnership with our customers, that we provide cleaning continuity to ensure cleanliness of your immediate environment. Town & Country Cleaners provides an Area Client Manager for every customer, who is dedicated to providing a one to one service at all times. Town & Country Cleaners can also give advice on all types of cleaning solutions. Town & Country Cleaners is committed to: delivering a developed cleaning programme which provides you with a clean environment and which offers value to our customers; a quick and efficient resolution to billing queries; the quick and efficient resolution of any problems you may have with us and a speedy response to cleaning issues. In order to meet our commitments, Town & Country Cleaners promise to deliver high standards of service at all times and to put things right as quickly as possible.

The day to day management and supervision of each contract will be the responsibility of one of our Area Client Managers. He or she will be the first point of contact for clients for any queries or comments about the level of service provided or desired.

Town & Country Cleaners takes pride in exemplary service delivery and works hard to meet contractual requirements at all times.

We undertake a range of monitoring and supervisory activities to ensure that standards remain high throughout the life of a contract and at critical times, perhaps when standards or remit alterations are required or when personnel change.

We provide detailed information of the standards required for each contract to each operative and share performance information with them to enable them to see clearly where they are doing well and where they need to improve.
