Following notification of a problem Town & Country Cleaners will respond within the same working day to address your concerns. We will agree an action plan with you and update you on our progress and resolution.


Cleaning quality standards

Town & Country Cleaners are constantly striving to supply cleaning of the highest quality. However, in the unlikely event that we do discover there is a problem with the standard of the cleaning we supply, we will act immediately to rectify the problem. If required, we will also provide written confirmation of our intentions to rectify the problem within one working day. If after an agreed length of time the standard has not improved we will look at providing you with an enhanced service to ensure standards are raised.


Training

Town & Country Cleaners considers training and induction of its employees to be one of its main priorities. We are working to provide our staff with NVQ level 2 Cleaning and Customer Service qualifications. All staff are inducted and trained in the use of equipment and materials to ensure appropriate cleanliness. All staff will be aware of first aid and safety procedures and will be advised of the specific needs of our customers.

Your dedicated contract manager will ensure we provide you with the service you require. Along with a 24/7 contract helpline a mobile support team and over 30 years experience in the cleaning industry, Town & Country Cleaners will meet your every needs and meet your expectations.
