Operations Centre
Town & Country Cleaners Ltd have a dedicated operations team to deal with all calls from our clients and staff. The first point of contact will be your Area Manager who is responsible for the day to day running of the cleaning services we provide in your area. In addition, and to compliment this service, our Operations Centre is contactable 24/7 and will take calls and assist you at all times. Our Head of Customer Service & Operations has overall responsibility for ensuring you receive a high level of service delivery and can also be contacted should you require advice or assistance.
Late evenings and early mornings
If you experience any problems outside normal working hours, your Area Manager will be available and can be contacted via a mobile phone.
Weekends
We operate a duty Area Manager system which means there is always a member of our team to assist and advise you and they are contactable via our normal telephone number 01233 611144.
E-mail
All our managers have e-mail and, if this is your preferred communication, they can be contacted in this way. However, as they are not fully desk based, our operations centre will deal with your contact if you send a copy of your e-mail to sales@townandcountrycleaners.co.uk where your e-mail will be guaranteed immediate attention.
