Operations Centre

Town & Country Cleaners have a dedicated operations team to deal with all calls from our clients and staff. The first point of contact will be our customer helpline on 01227 457867. Our trained staff are responsible for the day to day running of the cleaning services we provide to you. Any call will be dealt with promptly and allocated to the appropriate Customer Service Manager to resolve. In addition, and to compliment this service, our Operations Centre is contactable 24/7 and will take calls and assist you at all times. Our Managing Director has overall responsibility for personally ensuring you receive a high level of service delivery and can also be contacted should you require advice or assistance.

Late evenings and early mornings

If you experience any problems outside normal working hours, a standby Customer Service Manager will be available and can be contacted via our helpline which can be contacted on 01227 457867.

Weekends

We operate a duty manager system which means there is always a member of our team to assist and advise you and they are contactable via our customer helpline telephone number 01227 457867.

E-mail

All our Customer Service Managers have a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) and can receive e-mail and can be contacted in this way. However, as they are not fully desk based, our customer service department will deal with your contact if you send a copy of your e-mail to csa1@townandcountrycleaners.co.uk where your e-mail will be guaranteed attention.

All feedback is important to us to ensure we reach your expectations. In addition, we very much like to hear from you if the service has exceeded your expectation so we can celebrate this with our cleaning staff. We pride ourselves in working in partnership with our clients to ensure service levels are maintained and delivered
