Contract management

At Town & Country Cleaners we use technology to help us deliver contract services. We record and maintain all events that take place from the start of the clean to end of the clean. Our Contract Management System, Goldmine, has been adapted to provide this service. A dedicated team of customer service professionals deal with your day to day needs. Using Goldmine and a satellite tracking system, we can place a field operative or manager to your contract efficiently and effectively. Each contract is assigned a Customer Service Manager to deal with the normal day to day issues. However because of the systems we have in place we can use any manager to help you and deal with your needs.
