Elaine Harrison

Managing Director

Elaine joined Town and Country in 1990 as an Office Assistant and has progressed through various departments and roles to Directorship. She leads by example with drive, enthusiasm, and an unrivalled experience of our company structure and more importantly its people. In addition to leading the company, Elaine oversees the Finance, HR, Customer Service, and Quality departments.

David Rushton

Director

David started Town and Country in 1976 with a humble window cleaning round in Canterbury. This service soon developed into the cleaning of offices, and the company began to grow rapidly through recommendation. David’s focus on delivering an honest and quality driven service still underpins the company today, and without doubt has contributed to the great success we are experiencing.

Sebastian Arias

Operations Director

Sebastian joined the business in 2022 with over 17 years of experience within the cleaning industry and soft services. He is passionate and committed, always giving 100 percent required to achieve the highest level of client development
and retention. Sebastian is always challenging himself and his team to drive quality, he is also always looking at technology and innovation to help support our drive for delivering quality.

David Goddard

Sales Director

David joined Town and Country in 2024, following 21 years in the facilities industry. David brings his results-driven approach and extensive experience building high-performing sales teams and  understanding of client needs. With a track record of consistently increasing revenue during his career, David is an integral part of the company’s growth and ongoing success.

Viv Downie

Payroll Manager

Viv’s background is in book-keeping but she has particularly enjoyed payroll and has been our Payroll Manager for nearly 9 years now. Viv and her team are kept busy ensuring all our teams are paid correctly and on time every time.

Jackie Fountain

Operations / Health & Safety Manager

Jackie has been with us for 2 years after 20 years’ experience as a manager working for one of the best-known high-street retailers, where customer service and satisfaction are second to none. Jackie believes that understanding the individual needs of every client leads to the success of the service we deliver. She likes to stay close to the detail and support her team to deliver the best possible job.
